We really loved the food options available throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a fantastic spot for kids, providing hours of fun. The location was excellent with malls and attractions within easy reach. After a long day, the Garden Grille offered a variety of delicious options, making our meal times enjoyable.

The mattress quality could definitely be improved for better sleep comfort.

The lobby was overrun with way too many noisy children, can’t believe this is a ‘relaxing’ hotel. I can't even fathom how the mattress could be so rough, it was like sleeping on a rock! I thought I would at least get a welcome gift for enduring all this discomfort, but clearly, that was asking too much.

Waiting for an hour and a half to get my room was frustrating!!! The air conditioning unit malfunctioned at 4 AM, which disrupted my sleep!!! Maintenance notices outside my room were distracting!!!

After a long day of work, I found the Garden Grille to be a pleasant spot for a meal. The buffet had a variety of options, and the all-day dining made it easy to enjoy meals whenever I wanted. As a beer enthusiast, I appreciated the variety of beverages available at The Garden Bar. My family and I enjoyed some downtime at the pool area, which added to our relaxation after busy days.

It was just a good pick for a trip in Ras al-Khaimah with best value. The pool area was peaceful and a nice place to unwind. Bring some extra toiletries just in case, as they were slow to replenish during my stay.

Despite prior inquiries about a high-floor room, I ended up on the second floor with a mobility-access room that didn’t quite fit my expectations. The restaurant's early closure left me scrambling for food options on a New Year's Eve when the pool was also closed, which wasn’t communicated ahead of time. A lack of flexibility in warming up outside food is another inconvenience that fell short of expectations during my stay.
